Basalt Well & Pump sends text messages about your well service request: confirming we received it, asking follow-up questions, and coordinating a callback from a local pro. We do not send marketing messages through this program.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the consent box on our request form, agreeing in site chat, or texting us first at (208) 504-2959. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your request. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out and help

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
